AJ Global Consulting Group is Africa's evidence-first institutional advisory firm, headquartered in Maiduguri, Borno State, and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (RC: 9542944).

A Firm Built From the Field, Not the Boardroom

AJ Global Consulting Group was founded on a simple conviction: that institutions operating in Africa's most complex environments deserve advisory partners who understand both the rigour donors require and the realities communities face. We are a multidisciplinary team of researchers, governance specialists, financial advisors, technologists, and field practitioners who have worked inside the systems we now help strengthen.

From our base in Northeast Nigeria — one of the continent's most demanding operating contexts — we have built a track record of translating complex donor requirements into clear, deliverable roadmaps for governments, UN agencies (including UNICEF, WFP, and UNDP), NGOs, and private institutions across Nigeria and Africa.

Our vision is an Africa where institutions — public, non-profit, and private — make decisions backed by credible evidence, governed by transparent systems, and delivered with measurable impact.
